Shipping & Returns Policy

-UK, Europe & Worldwide Delivery-

At TL Audio, we deliver to virtually every country in the world — anywhere with a valid address. All shipments are fully insured for total peace of mind, so there's no risk for either party.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Delivery Times:

  • UK: 1–2 working days

  • Europe: 2–5 working days

  • USA: 5–7 working days

  • Asia: 5–7 working days

  • Africa: 5–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and product availability. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 3 working days. For urgent orders, please leave a note in the checkout comments box.

If an item is out of stock or built to order (e.g., power supplies, custom mains leads), dispatch may take slightly longer.

Carriers & Packaging

We use a selection of trusted courier services, including DPD Local, TNT Express, UPS, DHL, and FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

All items are shipped using robust, professional packaging, which may include:

  • Double-wall cartons

  • Courier satchels

  • Bubble wrap, foam chips, and void fill

  • Padded mailing bags

We take great pride in ensuring your items arrive safely and securely.

Free UK Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all orders — no minimum spend.
Items are typically shipped via DPD Local’s next-day service. Large or heavy items may be delivered via TNT Express.

International Delivery

We offer some of the most competitive international shipping rates available. For heavier items or special destinations, please contact us via email or WhatsApp for an accurate quote and to avoid misunderstandings.

All shipments are registered and fully insured.

RETURNS

Returns Policy – 30-Day No Quibble Guarantee

If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we offer a 30-day return policy on all items (excluding tailor-made products). Simply contact us to arrange a return for a full refund, with no shipping charges applied.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging

  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase

  • For specially ordered (but not tailor-made) items, a small restocking fee may apply

  • Items classified as “tailor-made” cannot be returned under standard consumer contract regulations, though we may accept returns at our discretion

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Contact us first so we can guide you through the return process.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or card provider — processing delays are common

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
